Registration Open for Third Annual Patient-Provider Collaboration Conference

Registration is open for the Third Annual Patient-Provider Collaboration Conference.  This year’s conference is entitled Making Patient-Centered Care a Reality: The Journey Continues.  It will be held on June 15, 2018 from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM in the Thomas B. Turner Auditorium at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

This year’s conference goals include:

  • Learn about the role of patient-provider collaboration in improving population health.
  • Identify new evidence-based strategies to improve patient engagement in your
    organization.
  • Explore options for evaluating patient engagement and/or patient satisfaction in your
    organization.
  • Discover patient and family-recommended methods for patients & providers to improve
    collaboration.

This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
