Naviance is a cancer prevention, support and navigation employee benefit program designed to help large employers support their workforce and their loved ones.

It's comprised of two pathways:

1. Our Johns Hopkins Oncology Nurse Navigators, the heart of the program, who are accessible via multiple channels (appointment, workplace webinars and trainings, email, phone call and more)
2. The website, which hosts evidence-based educational resources maintained by Johns Hopkins cancer experts

Naviance helps employees and their loved ones reduce cancer risk, navigate quickly to appropriate care and access support to help live and work through treatment as a patient or caregiver.

Naviance is designed to support anyone affected by cancer — whether directly or indirectly. This includes:

The biggest difference-maker: Naviance Oncology Nurse Navigators (ONNs) who are clinically trained in all aspects of the cancer experience. Naviance ONNs are:

• Clinically trained in oncology
• Possess knowledge of workplace legislation and employee rights
• Utilize a unique clinical navigation methodology based on NCCN and Johns Hopkins Medicine standards of care
• Connected to clinical oncology specialists nationwide
• Available virtually, outside the place of care

• Navigation before, during, and after cancer treatment
