Johns Hopkins HealthCare Solutions

Your Partner in Population Health Innovation

We are a unique team within Johns Hopkins Medicine, dedicated to partnering with inventors to commercialize evidence-based, high-impact population health solutions that generate alternative revenue for Johns Hopkins and entrepreneurial departments within the institution.

During the process, we can work with faculty and our colleagues at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV) to protect intellectual property and license the invention for distribution to health care providers, payers, large employers and governments.

For inventions that align with our mission, we support key commercialization processes, such as product management, marketing, sales, business development, customer engagement and operations. This enables inventors to focus on research and innovation, while simultaneously expanding product reach and generating revenue.

Want to Share an Invention With Us to Consider for Commercialization?
We will collaborate with our Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV) colleagues to evaluate your invention. JHTV will handle the protection of the product and help identify sources of translational funding, while Solutions will manage the commercialization of the product, from packaging and pricing, to marketing, sales and ultimately customer relationship management.

The button below links directly to the JHTV pipeline intake form, making it easier for you to share your idea. The form is short and contains a series of questions that help us determine the commercial potential of the innovation.
